Is it possible to dim lights using an Aqua Controller and an IceCap 660? I am aware of the lunar cycle and was wandering if it can be used some how to control fluorescent bulbs.

ANY IDEAS??

No, the AquaController does not support dimming of fluorescent bulbs.
