Dispars!!! They stay small & get along well with others & tend to stay in a school more than some other anthias.

How in the world did you get dispars? I cant even make out the color. My eyes arent what they used to be, but I want to get some anthias later and would like to know how to distiguish them. Thanks

There bartletts ... I re-found the picture through google, its a pic of Steve Grahams old tank.

I like lyretails but dont they get 5 1/2"?

Thats kinda big ... I would rather have a smaller anthia and put in more of them

Well there ya go three different names and all look so similar. And I am guess the way you know the males is the darker and more vivid colors?

Thanks I was responding to the question "What's your favorite anthias?" Sorry for the confusion -- maybe that's why E-A-G-L-E-S responded w/LOL??

Very nice fish though. They look bicolor to me Do you have any of these?? I have one in my tank & he is by far the "meanest" fish I have -- When he got sick or injured or something, a part of me was secretly dissappointed he made it -- he picks on everybody in the tank

Ok confused I was! Sorry if I came off the wrong way. Not at all! I didn't take it in a bad way - After a glance at that photo, I knew my eyes wouldn't be able to make out the species in that photo, either :)
