Chiller work

I hooked up my chiller today, although it sounded fine there was no cooling. I assume that it needs the R134 evacuated and replaced. Does any one have a suggestion what business would be up to this task? I assume many places could, just looking for a trusted reputable place (south Tulsa is preferred).
