View Full Version : Membrane problem?
Hello, I received my Coralife Pure-Flo II RO/DI unit today, and while I was setting it up, I noticed that the bag that the membrane came in was already opened, and had been resealed with a piece of tape.
Is it a possibility that this had been a returned unit? The manual states that the membrane should never be stored dry, it was dry.. Is the membrane damaged? I do not have a TDS meter, so I'm not sure of the water quality coming out of the unit now.

Thank you Pat S.
I have sent you a PM with my order information. After looking at the bag the membrane came in it said the membrane was sealed in a "preservative solution", but the bag was bone dry. I am glad we have gotten this worked out so quickly and look forward to the replacement!
