Quick Question about Limewater

Sorry guys, I am new to the Limewater dosing. Is saturated limewater the 2tsp./gal ratio? I am not sure what they mean by "saturated".

Yes. Only a certain amount can dissolve in fresh water,and that amount is about 2 level teaspoons per gallon.
