I've hooked up my retro kit. I have 2 URI actinic bulbs with an ARO ballast. Each bulb will fire by itself. But when both are in they with only come on for a second and then turn back off. Both bulbs will fire up and then cut off for each time I plug it in. I've checked all of my connections and they are all ok. Any thoughts?
