Red bug-interceptor info pls.

I got a link to reefs.org, it said to use 25mg per 10 gal. actual cap. for 6hrs. 3x at a 1 week interval. But the info. is 2 years old. Is this still acurate? How do I calculate actual tank volume? 100gal. 30gal sump 1/2 full, 180 lbs. live rock(fiji), 3" dsb. If someone that has done this would chime in it wood make me feel better.
