Does the expansion socket show up as 2 additional channels that can be programmed ? Where exactly does it plug in to on the RK2 ? How does it work ?

In the Firmware upgrade are you going to have a programmable socket for Moonlight configuration ?

Thanks,

Kasei

PS: I love it so far. :)

The expansion socket plugs into one of the eight existing sockets. It does not show up as two seperate items. It is still one item on the control module. You can control two things that have the same program - example - two metal halide lights turning on and off at the exact same time. The only advantage of the expansion socket is to give the ability to run more power if you max out. You plug the electrical cord from the expansion socket into a separate outlet so you can provide plenty of electricity to those high current items that are plugged into the expansion socket - lights, chillers, heaters, etc. The 8 plugs max out at 15 amps. The expansion socket plugged into a different outlet will give you another 15 amps.
