I have a 7" Naso tang, a 5" Red Sea Sailfin tang, a 5" purple tang and a 4" blue dot grouper? Will these tangs and grouper utilize the services of cleaner shrimp? Thanks for the help.

No my groper doesnt eat them. I see him sit right next to them with no interest. They even touch him to clean him and he just sits there.

As he gets bigger that could change very quickly but you never know each fish is different and you might get lucky. I just wouldnt add any shrimp after it gets big might think your trying to feed it.

I just got 10 today making it 12 in the tank. If the grouper eats them, he will be removed. He doesnt bother them, so lets hope he stays that way. I heard online that groupers love their services, and there are tons of pics that show cleaner shrimp on groupers. My tangs let them on today and swam around the tank with the shrimp on their sides. Wow that is cool!
