I have accsess to some high pressure sodium ballasts with mh conversion bulbs. Has anyone tried this do they work well, how is the light color and intensity?

reply I dont think you would be very happy with the look of such a bulb... I knwo that 400W "HQI" ballasts are infact 430 HPS ballasts and they run jsut about any MH bulb (XM Reeflux, Radium, etc)... You might want to look into that....
