I have a question that I desparately need an answer for. I am setting up my sump (20 tall glass), and have the plumbing set up on another tank.
The sump is about 10" wide, 20" long.
I am using a Rio 1400+UL for a return pump, which feeds a SCWD.
While conducting freshwater testing, it seems that I don't see any micro bubbles from the return. When I put it on my tank, I had micro bubbles all over the place.
I since found two areas of the PVC pipe return that were not completely sealed (hairline drips at worst), which I sealed with pvc glue.
Should I run my next test with salt water at normal tank params, or should I continue again with fresh?
Thanks everyone you're all awesome :)
