Moving tank, across several states

I was wondering if anyone has every had to move their tank over very long distances? I am in the process of moving to South Carolina from Ohio. I don't even know where to begin on how to do this, especially the livestock. Does anyone have any ideas, or have been through this situation before? Any advice or suggestions will help.

1st find a reputable reef shop near the new home.
then arrange for your coral to be stored ther hile you set up your tank in your new home.
Bag and box it all in styro insulated boxes and keep them in te shade for the journey.
Drop them off when you gert there. Then you can go about setting up your tank and moving in with no worries.
