Upgradable pump for a Coralife SS220???

I accidentilly broke the impeller shaft on my css220 pump,Is there a better replacement needlewhhel pump that is available?Will a larger pump give better efficiency??Also are there any modifications that can be made to the css220 to improve it?Thanks for any help.

I don't know about a replacement pump, maybe a sedra or gen x with the same flow rate. If nothing else, try contacting Coralife through their website and seeing if they can help you get a new pump as these are OEM and not sold seperately.
