I thought I'd try something new last week and so I bought a tiger tail sea cucumber for my 120 gal. I think I saw it once 2 days after putting it in my tank poking its front out from underneath a small rock burried in my sand bed. I haven’t seen it since then and I was wondering if this is normal? Everything else in my tank is doing fine so I doubt it could have died as I'm told they can do some serious toxic damage to ones system.

I've got a quick update. I finally did see the front of the cucumber poking out a bit last night around 3:00am, this is the first time I have seen it all week.

I don't see mine too much in my 120 and he's about 8 inches long!

mines about 18" and tiger tails are one of the few species of cukes that r not toxic when dead or stressed.
