Small Skimmer

I am looking for some info on small hang-on type skimmers. I have a 28g Hexagonal Tank. There is a 2" lip all the way around, and I am looking for a skimmer that would be able to hang on to that lip. Any suggestions or measurements would be greatly appreciated. :)

Coral Life Super Skimmer ( even though I hate all the Coral Life products I've had/used....people seem to swear by this skimmer with a cheap price )

Deltec MCE600 ( my personal favorite-probably overkill for your tank )
