It is neccesary to dose Iodine and Stronium to our reef tanks ?

Nope. All is replaced by water changes. And niether of them are used up quickly in a regular reef tank.

Thanks Travis.
So if I do 10% water change in my 160g, only 3 fish and some soft corals is enough right ?
Right now I am dosing kalk and Calcium by Kent. Also Plankton by aquamedic. What should I dose more then?

It is recommended that you test for whatever you dose to prevent over dosing. You should be testing for calcium and alkalinity at the very least.
I also agree with Travis about the strontium. You get all you need with water changes.
