Shrooms do not need suplemental feeding, at least Discosoma/Actinodiscus sp.
They absorb nutrients from the water column and rely in their simbiotic relationship with zooxanthelae, as well.

Agree, nothing, they are photosynthetic

Can shrooms survive in low lighting conditions of about 2 watts per gallon? Does it depend upon their photosynthetic needs, that is will a green shroom require more light than a blue or brown one?

An employee at LFS tells me he is growing 5 different color morphs in a 45 gallon tank (24" tall) under only 60 watts NO lighting. Says they are slow but thriving. Even sells loose ones through the store. Havent seen it in person but I have no reason to doubt the guy.
