Better pics please!
Its hard to tell but the coloring looks really dark compared to a marble cat.

it looks like a Epaulette Shark, I have a Marble it is 2yrs old. When i bought it was black with white swirls and white spots. Now it has brown and tan colors and is fading as it grows.

that thought came across my mind, but from what i could see it didnt seem to be a requiem shark like a leopard, but more like a catshark, plus it has the whitetipped dorsal fin, which to me indicated a marble catshark, but ive never seen one with those marking, i guess its poss to be a leopard....im gonna go check him out in two days and see how he is doing there, so ill be able to see him better

Wow not to ruffle any feathers but that epaulette looks really cramped in that tank. What size is it?

It's a marble cat shark
It's to dark colored and no big black spot which nixes epulate
It has band and has very little spots on it so that rules out a coral cat . also from the pictures if thats a coral cat then its about half way to adult hood .

There is no doubt in my mind that that is a marbled catshark
