What exactly do I need to do this?

I am looking for a unit that will allow me to do these things:
1. Light timer (2 sets independently)
2. Temp switch -start fans when water gets to a certain temp
-Temp sensor as well
3.Moniter pH
4. Anything else cool AND useful

-NOTE- I maybe upgrading to Tunze schwag soon, so keep that in mind. I would like to keep costs down (relative to Tunze stuff)

I have a Neptune AC3 and I love it. The ACjr would do all you are looking for and you can get them from Premium Aquatics, marine depot, etc... I know Premium Aquatics forums had a group buy going on them for a while, not sure if they still do though.
