I've been at this aquarium thing for a while---and occasionally I see a line that just sends shivers down my spine. Among my favorite 'written in neon' lines...

1. my water parameters are perfect
2. I have a damsel to cycle my tank...
3. Please ID this fish I bought.
4. "...and a wet-dry filter."
5. Should I be running tests?
6. I just bought some sun coral...
7. My water's in. When do I put in the salt?
8. It's been cycling 2 days and my nitrates are 0.
9. My tank is a 30gal. I have a yellow tang, an emperor angel, an achilles, and a dwarf lion...
10. ...can I add a sohal tang?

I think it's odd when people who don't keep any rodi water on hand. Something goes wrong and they have no way of doing an emergency water change..

That is why I always have the water reserves ready to go in case of emergency since I don't own rodi units

Yesterday I picked up my tank, salt, sand, and decorations. Today i picked up my 3 fish for my 10 gallon tank and all of them died. Why?

I heard this at the LFS. After the pet store guy gave her three more fish.
