Blood Shrimp lighting question

I have the 12 gallon aquapod with the lighting that comes with it. I am intrested in getting a blood shrimp. Will these guys do ok with that kind of lighting? Thier is plenty of caves for him to hide in. He will be sharing his home with a black percula clown, bicolor blenny, and a tinny randals pistol shrimp.

I had 2 under 192 watts Pc lighting. It didn´t seem to bother them. They apreciate and look for hiding places.

I have one that basically stays in the caves and shadows until feeding time. Once food goes in the tank, he's front and ceter to make sure he gets his fair share.
