Any do's and dont's I should know about before doing this? I currently have about 100lbs in my 90 gallon, but would like to add quite a bit more, maybe 50-60 lbs.

DO: Make sure its cured
DONT: assume becaus ethe LFS says its cured that its cured

Adding that much more rock will definately cycle your tank and kill fish and corals if its not cured

I added 40# of cured marshall islands from premium aquatics and I only saw ammonia levels at .25 ppm, not enough to warrant a water change IMHO.

The levels stayed up for about a day.

buy the rock from someone breaking down their tank that is local to you.

I was thinking of getting it from Ocean Blue, since it's the closest store that I can think of. I live on Lake Pickett.
