well sorry if this is a pointless thread... but I am setting up my 36 gallon right now. but I don't really know what to do with it. As you know I LOVE lions.... I am wanting a radiata and/or pterois mombasae. but I want it to be a "reef" or whatever. I have a coralife light thing. Sorry I am just an expert on the fish not the equitment:lol: But it has 2 sets of two 50/50 65 watt bulbs. I was wondering what corals could grow under that. Sorry if thats a stupid question. Just some opinions I guess.... thanks just tired

There are lowlight corals: among the stonies, bubble. Among the softies, no few, incl. zoas, mushrooms, etc.

in that small of a tank with those lights you could keep a ton of corals !!!cyphastrea, trachys, favia, acans, chalices, and tons of softys!!!it will work great with the lion and corals all together!

cool. I really miss that old tank. I didn't want to sell anything from it. It was overstocked though lol. we were going to move all that stuff into larger tanks. But I had that russel lionfish at 6" fuzzy dwarf lion at 4" pterois mombasae aka deepwater lion 6" and an awesome scorpionfish 3" with tons of corals. man I miss that....
