I have to say...I love them! Thought I'd share.
Each comes with 2 plugs, runs through electric but the timer itself runs off a battery so in a power outage, you're not messing up your lighting schedule...

Plus, someone told me to mention the over-load boxes I use...There is an 8 plug on the left with 2 built in 15 amp circuit breakers (one on each side) So, I basically have at least a heater, lights, and some kind of flow on either side so if I blow one circuit, I still have the basics on the other side.

The one on the far right is the same but only a 4 plug...

Sorry, thought the brand and where to get them was in the thread.

They are made by Intermatics
Got them at lowes for about $20 each
I LOVE THEM!

My overload box I don't know the name of... I think it was around $15-$20 (can't remember) Got it at lowes and I love that as well because as I said, the 8 outlet one, it has 2 SEPARATE breakers so you can put your bare necessities on both sides in case one breaks

I looked several times at both stores. I even looked at both stores in Fairview once. The only outdoor timers I could find were photo eye and analog.

Look in the section that has things like Nite Lights, regular indoor timers (the small white boxes that plug in)
They should be there

akrimmel

Yeah I have them and they are great timers. Much better than the digital timer that Intermatic makes for Coralife.

I bought from two different sellers. There are two on eBay right now but they are overpriced and end within 5minutes.
eBay (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2F&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=HB88RC+&category0=)

ok all b/s aside i found them at HD in edwardsville for 19.99 and they have 12 in stock. the timers that is the 15 amperes protector still have to do some research on that but 1/2 the battle is done.

I can't find the info on it online but they have several kinds...4 plug, 8 plug, ones with gfci, etc...

I have an 8 plug and a 4 plug...I don't have the one with the gfi because it is plugged into one...Mine is set up a bit differently than the pic below but basically I have the necessities on all 3 breakers- Heater, Lights, Flow
