Well I would say I have a dozen or so baby clowns ready to leave home. They are around an inch long. I seen that Marine Depot had them on sale last week and the small size was between 3/4" and an 1 1/4" so they should be ready. going to be kind of hard to do but I will just have to get used to it if I am going to keep doing this. I gave a couple to my son about a month ago and they are doing fine so I guess. Just thought I would put the word out before I see what the pet stores will give me for them.

Are you selling the clowns? Giving them away?

Do you have other species too? Or just maroons?

Hey rica5tully, I am going to sell them trying to get some of the money I spent raising them. I have been checking around and it seems they go for between 18 and 24 dollars. I am not sure what to charge but think they should be worth ten. These are the only species I have now but if it looks like it might work out I plan to try others.

Thanks Kass, I just kept trying until I got it and now I guess I can say I did it. I guess I just have to watch them leave home the next batch that's coming up (must be around six weeks old) must be close to 100. And then theres the hatch I will hopefully be catching tomorrow night. They do feel a little like kids though :eek1:.

1. parents
2. grow out tanks
3. live food culturing

Thanks!

If you need or would like anything else just ask and I will do what I can to help.

If anyone might want one of these I can hold them but otherwise I am going to take them to a fish store in Green Bay.

Free bump and some props for Mako to tell everyone out there that these fish are very healthy and strong.
I stopped by about a week ago and picked up 2 of them. They are doing great and will eat anything I put in there for them to eat.
These are some very nice fish.
