What is Dinoflagallettes? What does it look like?

It looks like green snot with an air bubble in it.

Thats what dinoflagellets looks like. Characteristically, overnight, it will seemingly disapear only to return a few hours after the lights have been on. Also you'll probably noticed a lot of the bubbles of snot collecting at the surface of the water.
