Aside from the frozen foods, (and seaweed for the tangs!) - do any of you feed dry food whether it be flakes or pellet and if so which ones do you use? :)

most dry food unless high quality, contains phosphate. IMO the only quality dry food is cyclop-eeze. my hawiian tang loves it along with all my other fish. REEF-ON!!!

I use Formula 1 pellets 1x day, my sleeper goby loves digging them off the sand, as well as the yellow tang. Occasionally my mandarin will eat a few if they land next to him! Idon't see how phosphates can be a real problem with dry food unless you overfeed, it is my understanding that the frozen foods contain the most phosphate. I don't worry about it though as I have a hard enough time getting any algae to grow except corralline.

I feed Omega 1, Formula 1, Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef and Cyclop Eeze normally fortified with Biovit or Selcon.

I use pellets from time to time, New Life Spectrum or Boyd's.
