1. Can one of each be kept in a 58 gal tank?

2. Are either of these blennies incompatible with a royal gramma?

2. I'd say they are both compatible with a Royal Gramma.

1. No
2. No.... the bicolor is not.. my Royal Gramma got extremly aggresive towards my Bicolor... (i guess the yellow back and dark front made him think it was another gramma)

I have all three in a 210. The blennys have their own sides of the tank and the royal gramma is in the middle.

1. In a 58g tank they would duke it out, IMO. I would probably pick only one.

My bicolor blenny killed a royal gramma in a 30g.

If you add them both at the same time & have lots of hidey holes, it could work. Blennies are often easy to remove from your tank because you just cover the hole they are hiding in with your hand and remove the rock.

Add some nice sized seashells in the upper parts of your tank for temporary hidey holes that are even easier to remove than your LR.

I would be inclined to have the midas slightly larger than the bicolor
