What do you suggest for a 5-bulb setup that would give me a fairly neutral color?

MJ,

I would say 1 Sun Pro, 2 Ocean Pro, and 2 Blue Pro T5s. This has been the most popular setup so far.

Tom, do you have a picture of the legs for the 48" T5 fixture? I wasn't planning on going with a cover so I would need these. Hope they aren't as ugly as the Teks... =)

I don't have a current picture of the T5 riser brackets, but I do have one of the MH/T5 fixture riser brackets. They are almost identical in design and shape.
