I am new to the hobby and i am looking for light for my tank right now it just fish and live rock.ooking to get low light inverts.
i this good for a 72 gallon bow tank 48" 28 watt 10,000K daylight and 28 watt true actinic 03 blue T-5 fluorescent lamps for 46.95

What kind of animals do you want to keep over the long term? For your fish and live rock, that lighting will probably be just fine. The lights are really only for your eyes. If you want to keep corals, you'll need more light than that for most animals.

just fish for now lion fish and an eel

Then the lights are just for looks. Whatever looks nice to you should be fine.

what type of inverts can i get useing this type of light

Well, anything that doesn't have photosynthetic symbionts. Personally, I'd just stick with fish, snails, shrimp, etc. The motile animals should all be fine.
