h20 tropicals not working for ER

well i am looking at the ER blems at h20 tropicals and it wants me to sign in because it says i have shopped there before?? i have not shopped there before, and when i hit the register button it doesnt work. has anyone else had this problem?? i want the ER 6-2 rs blem probably. ugh. does anyone have a direct link?
