Hi, I have placed an order online, and have attempted to use the credit I was told I have to my account. However, when I recieved the order confoirmation email, it made no refernce to the credit, and says my credit card will be charged the entire amount. I have sent some emails to try to deal with this, but no one responds. Can you please contact me, so that I can find out what is going on?

Thank you for your post. We have reviewed your inquiry and have found that the credit you are referring to was applied to your recent order. Due to verification purposes, the confirmation e-mail does not reflect credit on file balances. A PM was sent to you with specific credit/charge details that pertained to your order.
