Picture viewing Problems

I am having troubles viewing pictures on RC. It allways comes up with that deadly little red X on peoples posted pictures. For awhile i though it could be that they were posting them wrong but its my comp. Do i need to download something to view pictures better or at that even at all?

Try going into your user control panel > options and check the following setting related to IMG tags:

Show image attachments and [img] code in Posts?
Selecting no will show a hyperlink instead.
