i recieved my package today
and i was very excited i opened it up to find that everything was there
i was messing with my new pump when i began to open my bulbs
one was absolutley fine while the other was broken

:(

can i return it and get a new one?

Hi Steve,
I am sorry for the broken bulb. No need to return it , your word is all we need.
Please contact a customer service agent and they will send you a new one at no charge.
Again, I apologize for the shipping breakage.

We suggest you contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-562-7169, e-mail us at customerservice@liveaquaria.com or PM your account information so we can replace the bulb for you at no charge.

i got the new bulb and it was much better packaged and was fine
works great!
