I keep having low PH 7.8 and my KH is 130 mg/L
Could it be because of my CO2 reactor?
My calcium lvl is 400
What should I do??

Yes, that is often the cause wiith reactors. This should help you. You may need to drip kalk/limwater to sup what the reactor is not doing if you can not tweak it to get wat you want.

That pH of 7.8 what time of the day is that ? Is it the night pH ? If so, that is quite normal.

Low PH is more often caused by dissolved CO2 in the water.
The CO2 can come from the Calcium Reactor but also from the surounding air.
Try adjusting your reactor for less CO2 kust to maintain an effluent PH of no less than 6.5 and adjust your effluent just to keep the tank alkalinity constant.
If after making the adjustment your tank continue with low PH try dipping Kalk also preferably at night.
To know if there is excess CO2 in the tank water, take a couple of cups of tank water and measure it's PH, aereate the sample outside overnight with an airstone and test the PH in the morning. If the PH rises there was CO2 in the sample.
Also try increasing ventilation in the house and around the skimmer. That might also help.

I used to have serious issues with Ph and my ca reactor now I put the effluent into my skimmer input with exelent results... keep and eye and an ear on the pump feeding the skimmer ..

I know people who run an airstone system just for the effluent of their reactors works good for them too.

Good luck
