Sure, Aquamend should work just fine. Just be sure to attach it only to the skeleton base and not live tissue. I would use a dab of super glue gel on both sides of the epoxy. It helps to secure the piece quicker since the epoxy takes time to dry. Use the Aquamend about 10 minutes after mixing as it is very soft initially.
