Need more outlets, can i do this?

whats the best way to get more outlets, using a power strip, or can i build a panel that will house outlets, and make the source of power for the electrical panel be a plug to the wall?

Panel box with switches. It is very convenient to switch off things for feeding or maintenance. Just make sure a GFCI is in the begining of the circuit. And you have good grounding, both the panel and the tank.
