Is this a good deal on tank & stand?

We found a 70 gallon tank with a solid oak stand (looks like new). It just has power-glo light's but I want hydes later anyway. It has salt, chemicals, net's. chem test kit, hose, book on saltwater, etc. It has a hang on filter(brand unknown at this time). The man wants $375 for it all.
Is this a good deal? Please let me know what you think. :)

I've seen better deals. You might want to check on here and Craigslist. I'm not sure what your options you have where you live. Here is an example....for $125 more you get a lot more.

I agree i have seen better deals.

Check for some local reef clubs, they often have a "selling" forum and you can find things locally very cheap :)
