Wavebox seizing up

Over the course of the last day my wavebox has stopped working. When I first heard the alarm I gave the pump my usual vinager soak. It worked for about 1 minute then stopped, I pulled the pump back out and it seemed to be seized. Of course I cannot find my manual to trouble shoot it or even figure out how the impeller comes apart. Any ideas?

I can email you a manual if you give me an email address. Otherwise their is a thread at the top of the forum on how to clean the pumps, it sounds like the drive unit is locked in from calcium.
