I ordered an aquapod 24g tank with stand and several other items a few weeks back. I have had great service and recieved all my items except for the tank. The first tank sent was broken by FedEx before it arrived and the second tank also broke before it arrived. This is 3 weeks into the ordering process now. I called customer service yesterday and they were rather sarcastic in asking "should we go ahead and send a third and fourth or credit your account". I have never even seen the box b/c the acquariums arrived in b/c they were returned to shipper before they arrived so I am not sure how they were packed.

I know have an aquapod 24g stand and no tank, I asked the service representative to credit my account but after having gone to local fish stores in my area nobody is selling the aquapod 24g to fit on the stand.

I am looking for some assistance. It seems there is one of two ways this can go, your shipping dept can box the tank correctly and send me a third or I can send the stand back and find a different tank locally. It seems unfortunate that I would have to pay for shipping to send the stand back due to the fact your company can not get a tank to me. Would you be willing to send a return stamp for the aquapod stand?

Any suggestions or ideas?

I spoke with thier customer service rep and they were very apologitic and gave me a good option. Thanks for the quality customer service I will continue to use you.
