View Full Version : Need Opinions on 24" Outer Orbit MH

I am looking to purchase a 150w HQI for a 24x24x18 cube I am setting up. I need a unit that can set on top of the aquarium and have found the 24" Outer Orbit Fixture (http://www.current-usa.com/outerorbit.html) . Does anyone have experience or opinions about this unit? Will the coverage be adequate even though the tank is only 18" deep?

Matt,

I've set up a couple of the 48" Outer Orbit's on tanks and really didn't like the bulbs that came with them, way to yellow for my taste. I switched the bulbs for some 14K bulbs.
