Eggplant!

Hello!

Posting this here, because I *think* this might be Hydophora. Maybe Pilosa. I got this as a hitchhiker on a rock, and it has recovered nicely and has been growing. I'm having a hard time identifying this because it's so small, maybe an inch long at this point.

Any ideas? Click for larger images.

It does look to be a Hydnophora species. I cannot narrow it down to the species level, but I think it would be difficult for anyone at this point in time--especially since it is so small.
