Second time this has happened to me. I change bulbs and keep the old as a spare. After sitting for some time the old bulbs don't want to fire. The only way I can get them to fire is to repetedly switch power on and off. No problems with the ballast, it fires the new bulbs/ current bulbs fine. Is there a special way of storing used bulbs or something? I have just been putting them in the box and laying them in the back of the cabinet.
