Greetings all. I have the following lighting on my 30g tank:

I would like to stock my tank with these:

Feather duster - about 2 - 3"
Button Polyps
Devil's Hand Leather Coral
Pineapple Brain Coral

Given the current lighting conditions, can I keep the above specimen's? Thanks in advance!

You should be fine. The leather and the Favia should be placed a high in the tank. Power Compacts generally barely have enough intensity to penetrate very far in the aquarium. They are generally useless with any tank that is taller than 20". Of course, the button polyps will be fine, and the feather duster doesn't need lighting. It needs supplemental feedings with phytoplankton.

Thanks all for the quick response, much appreciated. I'll probably add the favia and leather last (placement at top as Travis suggested) and of course monitor them carefully.

What are the dimensions of your tank?

They should survive, but don't expect tremendous growth.

Dimension is 20l x 18w x 20h. It's one of those Oceanic 30g tanks.

I have power compacts on my tank and keep just about everything but clams and acros.
