Hi - Another lighting question here. I have a 70 gallon cube tank that measures 23 3/4" wide x 23 3/4" deep and 30 1/4" tall. Currently I am running 2 55w PC 50/50's. I hate my light fixture because it hangs over the tank and gets in the way. I also think that is not enough light given the depth of the tank. It is going to be a primarily seahorse tank, but I am keeping zoas and love them and want them to grow and do well. I am looking at a 150w MH HQI pendant fixture that will not be so cumbersome. Do you think that 150w is enough?

Thanks,
Diane

On a tank that tall I would go with a 250.

I have a SE 400w on a HQI ballast and PFO pendant. The tank is 20" tall and my zoos have never looked better.

I'd also go 250

We have 250's on our 50 gallons and they do fine!
