I order a temperature probe two weeks now and still do not have it.my reefkeeper is going crazy and still haven't gotten a answer on how to solve this problem. i was going to buy a reef keeper two but i think after all the problems i will go with the neptune controler.I am really disappionted with your service and product.

Wow, I just sent you a PM following up to make sure you were taken care of and then I noticed this post (likely story, I know), but obviously we're not there yet.
We were a couple days behind the last couple weeks but we’re back on track now. Sorry about that delay, but you definitely should have had it by now.
But forgetting all that, I want to focus on getting your problem resolved. Send me an email with your name as you ordered it so I can review your temp probe order. I am also more than happy to discuss it on the phone with you so send that email and we’ll go from there.
