green bubble?

can anybody tell me what this is? its is in my friends tank and has beenthere for a month with you spreading or moving. and what should she do with it?

Green bubble algae. Its a nuisance algae. Try scraping it off from the base and try not to pop it.

Valonia algae. gently pick it off the rock, hopefully without breaking it.
