looks like a ridori, i think thats how its spelled

It's impossible to determine the species of anemone by that picture. One thing for sure though is that it's bleached (lost its zooxanthellae) and unhealthy. With heavy feeding and time it may recover.

Looks like a seriously bleached H. magnifica (aka ritteri) anemone. Agreed, check in the clownfish forum for more info.
