View Full Version : Ballast Wiring Question

Does anybody know how to wire this Coralife ballast to a de socket. It is a magnetic 150w hqi ballast. The three wires going to the socket are white, red, and black. The black and white wires run to both the magnetic part and capacitor. The red wire only runs out of the magnetic part. Voltage meter results from the two wires touched by probes are as follows: black and red = 220, black and white = 110, red and white = 110. I am clueless and would rather not electrocute myself :) . Thanks
