I have a bottle of magnesium chloride that I got for free. I was wondering if I could use this as part of the randy 2 part.
I have no clue about the numbers.
Appreciate any help anyone can give

Yes, that is fine and much purer than those used by most. It is Analytical Reagent Grade

So my next question is. Do I dose using the same amount or use less/more?

What you have is hexahydrated magnesium chloride (MgCl2-6H2O). Most of the stuff in this hobby is CaCl2 ยท 2 H2O, which contains 24.5% water. Yours has 3 x more water, so you will need more.
